The TEC Community came about as group leaders were having a discussion about the current state of coach education.

They tinkered with the creating an experiential supplemental education platform.

 

The goal was to develop coaches who are intrigued by complexity and solving problems quickly on their feet.

 

TEC Community was born from that nuclei. It is designed to provide a space for coaches to collaborate and commingle with an emphasis on strategic thinking, collaborative problem solving and best practices for leading individual players and colleagues.

 

They feel TEC Community provides a platform for the development of these skills like no other.
